Explore Tanzania in 3 Days

Explore Tanzania in 3 Days

Day 01: Arusha – Ngorongoro

3 ½ Hour Drive

7:30 – Your driver/guide will come by your hotel, residence, or another place of your choosing in a private 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep to begin your safari.

We’ll head through Maasai country and may spot herders in their colorful shukas, tending to their cattle.

Arriving at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, we’ll take in the expansive view at the crater’s rim. A blue/green expanse of 256 sq. km (101 sq. mi) spreads out before us with the promise of a rich world of wildlife below.

We’ll descend into the crater amidst its swamps, acacia forests, and deep grasslands all holding a universe of animals waiting to be discovered. Lions, leopards, wildebeests, zebra, buffalo, are thriving in this self-contained ecosphere, and possible sightings of pink flamingoes at Lake Magadi.

Driving back up the steep crater wall, we’ll take in a world-famous sunset at the rim and spend the night at our Ngorongoro accommodation.

ganda’s national parks are a treasure trove of towering mountains, ancient forests, powerful waterfalls, and an array of primate species—making them some of Africa’s most remarkable natural sites.

Rediscover the calm and beauty of the natural world.

Book your adventure today and create memories that last a lifetime!

A vibrant fusion of nature, culture, and urban energy.

Day 02: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara

2  Hour Drive

We’ll be up early to savor the sights and sounds of nature. We may enjoy the sunrise near the crater’s rim – a most unforgettable sight.

Then it’s a quick trip to pretty Lake Manyara Park where we’ll be dazzled by the sight of thousands of fuchsia flamingoes blanketing the shores of the lake.

The park is well-known for its scenic beauty – Ernest Hemingway called it, “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”.

Manyara is equally famous for its tree-climbing lions but also plentiful other wildlife like elephants, warthogs, giraffes, and smaller game such as the little dik-dik, so named for the distinctive sound it makes.

We’ll spend our second safari evening at our Lake Manyara safari lodge or tented camp.

Day 03: Lake Manyara – Arusha

2 Hour Drive

Early morning is the perfect time to soak up the first golden rays of light upon the trees, grasses and of course, the lake and its bountiful birdlife. Let’s enjoy this quiet time before our breakfast with the colors of nature all about us.

We’ll head out for another game drive looking for those elusive tree-climbing lions, plus any other wildlife we happen to meet.

Then it’s time to point the 4 x 4 Jeep toward Arusha for the trip back. Along the way, we’ll stop for lunch and contemplate the sights and sounds of our Africa safari.

We’ll bring you back to your Arusha hotel, residence, or airport.

For three days we’ve touched the bright world of forest, woods, lakes, and fields – all teeming with the deep richness of Tanzania’s wild animals. This is how memories are made and we hope you’ve gathered some to last until your next safari. From the team, our deepest appreciation for your time and trust.

Rediscover the calm and beauty of the natural world.
