Issues or Complaints During Safari:

Immediate Reporting:

Complaints should be communicated promptly to the tour manager in writing (via email or WhatsApp) for on-site resolution.

Post-Safari Reporting:

If unresolved, a summary must be submitted to the company in writing within 30 days of safari completion.

Complaints will be investigated and addressed within 30 days of receipt.
